Linear Feedthrough

Description

The Linear Feedthrough is a manually operated bellows-sealed linear motion feedthrough. The movement is along the shaft axis. Standard mounting flange is DN 16CF. Any mounting orientation is permitted.

Application

The Linear Feedthroughs are used for applications needing straight line, fixed distance movement, e.g. beam stops, shutter actuators, simple substrate movements.

Additional information

Custom shaft lengths and diameters are available on request. The feedthrough has an integral position lock.
