Storage Chambers

Application

The sample park chambers allow storage of up to 10 sample holders under UHV conditions.

Specification

Sample park chambers are usually pumped via the distribution chamber pump set (independent pumping is also possible if requested) and may be equipped with options for cooling or heating. The heating and cooling facilities apply to the sample that is in the load position and depend upon the individual sample holder specifications.

The chambers are equipped with UHV connecting flanges and additional ports for future versatility.
